Nathaniel Wilson

Nathaniel Wilson is a senior at Denby Technical and Preparatory High School. He began his educational career at Trix Elementary School and Pulaski Middle School. Nate feels he has gained a lot of support from his community, and wants to give back and share what he has. He has demonstrated his love for his community by mentoring and tutoring students at Trix and Pulaski. At Denby, Nate serves as Co-Captain of the Tars Basketball Team, which won District and Regional Honors for the 1999-2000 school year. 

He resides on the east side of Detroit with his grandmother, Mrs. Bessie Wilson, brother Lamar, and sisters Reeva, Jill, and Eursella. His mentors are Mr. Chovich, foreign language teacher, Coach Washington, and Dr. Miller, Principal. After his graduation in June, Nathaniel plans to attend Alabama State University and major in Education.
